While completing the online application be sure to fully fill out each area and please pay special attention to the following:

• Uploading documents- please upload a resent copy of your Resume, License, E&O & W9)
• Product type - Residential or commercial
• Areas of expertise
• Covered area - Please select the link below the box, (DO NOT ENTER INFORMATION IN THE TEXT BOX). Select the state. Then select the county. If it is not a primary county please deselect the primary area located next to the county box before selecting add all. If it is a primary county but you do not work in particular areas, of that county then you can select add all then you can go in and deselect the necessary areas that are not a primary area and or active area.
• E&O info (located at the bottom of your profile) It is not required to have E&O, however not having it may limit the clients you are able to perform appraisal assignments for.
