Our staff consists of certified appraisers, licensed appraisers and research associates, who are highly experienced in the evaluation of real estate.

Our normal turn around time is two days, however, next day service is available upon request. We are proud of our reputation for integrity, reliability and excellence. Each appraisal is completed with the most up to date data available. We use multiple listing services, RedLink, GeoData and Comps Inc. to quickly and accurately provide our clients with complete and thorough real estate appraisals.

Therefore, we provide extended hours to best accommodate your needs. We are available from 8am to 7pm Monday through Saturday. Our office is closed on Sundays.
